No, Rakhi Love do not provide COD option. Since Rakhi is a gift that a sister order for her brother and a sister never wants that her brother has to pay for Rakhi.

Yes you can, after ordering Rakhi from our site if later you want to make some changes into it. Then, you can contact our customer support team immediately, through chat on site or contact number given on site. If your order hasn't dispatched from our hand then our support team will make changes into your order.

You can cancel your order before we dispatch the order from our site. (Note : Canceling order will charge 10% of total order amount fee)

Rakhi Love will update the tracking details within next 24 hour of dispatching the order. We will email you or massage you on your registered mobile and email address on Rakhi Love. Or you can also check the tracking URL and tracking number in your account section.

Once we process the refund, It will take 3 to 4 days to credit your order amount in your account. Rakhi Love only refund amount in case of cancellation of the order or when our support team refund the amount.
