Refund Policy - Rakhi Love
Rakhi Love refund amount in authentic Cases only. Our team research in detail first before refunding any amount. Rakhi Love only refund the amount to customer in such genuine cases :
Case 1 : Customer has cancelled the order before we dispatch it from our site. In such case 90% of total amount will be refunded to the customer to its original payment mode. 10% charge of payment will be deducted.
Case 2 : Duplicate order has been placed for the same amount and product. If by mistake customer has placed multiple order of same amount. Customer need to inform us as early as possible. Then the amount of single order will fully refunded to the csutomer.
Case 3 : If a customer wants to return the order and want refund. Then in such case the customer have to take care of the all the products he or she received and have to send back to us safely. Once we receive the item the amount will be refunded by deducting the 10% of charge.
Case 4 : In case of wrong and damages product has delivered. Then, customer needs to tell us about it as earliest on our support email or phone no. We will contact to the customer soon and will ask some detail about the product. If we found that genuine and authentic we will process the refund amount which may take a week for completion.
The customer will receive an refund confirmation email when we process the amount back to the customer original payment mode. Once the amount will refunded then it may take 10 to 15 days to reflect the amount back to the customer account.
